Official Giveaway Rules

Fernando & James Craft Show Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Fernando & James Craft Show Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Fernando & James (“Sponsor”).

Each participating Fernando & James craft show or event may constitute a separate Giveaway conducted under these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Owners, employees, and members of the immediate household of Fernando & James are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Each Giveaway will take place during a designated Fernando & James craft show, market, expo, or other in-person event.

The applicable event and Giveaway entry period will be identified on the Giveaway entry page, promotional display, QR-code signage, or other materials provided by Fernando & James at the participating event.

Entries must be received during the applicable Giveaway entry period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter an applicable Giveaway:

1. Visit the Fernando & James booth or designated promotional area at a participating event.
2. Scan the Giveaway QR code or access the designated Giveaway entry page.
3. Complete and submit the Giveaway entry form during the applicable entry period.

Limit one entry per person per participating event.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Following Fernando & James on social media is encouraged so entrants can see winner announcements, but following, liking, sharing, commenting, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with Fernando & James is not required to enter or win and does not increase the odds of winning.

5. Prize

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable Giveaway entry page or promotional materials, one (1) winner from each participating event will receive a:

$100 Fernando & James digital gift card

The approximate retail value of the standard prize is $100 USD.

The prize has no cash redemption value, may not be exchanged for cash, and is subject to the normal terms applicable to Fernando & James gift cards.

If a different prize is offered for a particular event, the prize and its approximate retail value will be clearly identified on the applicable Giveaway materials.

6. Winner Selection

Following the close of each applicable Giveaway, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that event.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Giveaway.

7. Winner Notification & Social Media Announcement

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided on the Giveaway entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Fernando & James may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Fernando & James may also announce that a winner has been selected through its social media channels.

Entrants may optionally give Fernando & James permission during registration to announce their first name and last initial on Fernando & James social media if selected as the winner.

If the selected winner has not provided permission to be identified publicly, Fernando & James may announce that a winner has been selected and contacted without identifying the individual.

Social media announcements are provided as a courtesy. Email is the official method of winner notification.

8. Event Promotional Discounts

Fernando & James may provide Giveaway entrants with a promotional discount or other offer for use through the Fernando & James online store.

Any applicable promotional code, discount amount, expiration date, exclusions, usage restrictions, or other conditions will be displayed on the applicable Giveaway entry page, promotional materials, confirmation message, or at checkout.

Promotional discounts are separate from the Giveaway.

Using a promotional code, making a purchase, or the amount of any purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

9. Entry Information, Marketing Communications & Privacy

By submitting the Giveaway entry form, entrants agree to receive email communications from Fernando & James, including Giveaway-related communications, product updates, special offers, and other promotional messages.

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Unsubscribing after entering will not affect an entrant’s eligibility for the Giveaway or chances of winning.

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will also be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, and otherwise operate the Giveaway.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Fernando & James Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules and any event-specific terms displayed with the applicable Giveaway.

Fernando & James reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, submitted through unauthorized methods, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Fernando & James reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel a Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

Fernando & James is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or unsuccessful entries resulting from technical problems, connectivity issues, incorrect information supplied by an entrant, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11. Event & Social Media Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fernando & James Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the craft show, market, event promoter, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or other social media platform through which a Giveaway may be promoted.

Participation in a Giveaway constitutes acknowledgment that the applicable event organizers and social media platforms are not responsible for administering the Giveaway or fulfilling the prize.
