Shipping policy
Our goal is to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We proudly hand-packed and shipped all orders from our townhome in Murfreesboro, TN. Fernando & James ships packages to all 50 states, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer international shipping. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible; however, some orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
Free Shipping
Orders over $50 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. Orders that include oversize items may not qualify for free shipping.
If your order requires additional shipping due to the size, destination, etc., we will contact you directly with personalized shipping options. The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement products will be issued until the claim is settled.
Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.
Standard US Shipping
We use USPS and UPS to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost-effective method. Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.
Need your order right away? Expedited shipping options are available by request. For more information, contact us at customerservice@fernandoandjames.com. In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If delivery of a package is rejected or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
Local Pickup
We are happy to provide local pickup in Eagleville, TN at the Eagleville Mercantile and Restoration. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure a good phone number is associated with the order. If you are placing an order on the weekend and need to pick it up the same day, contact us for assistance.
