Refund policy

All our sales are final. However, we have a 15-day exchange policy, which means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request to exchange your product or you may return it for a store credit. Items to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in their original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This policy also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at  customerservice@fernandoandjames.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Personalized items, digital downloads, and other made-to-order items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase. We do not accept returns on digital downloads or sale items as these are final sales.

Exchanges
Once we've received and  inspected your returned item, we will issue a store credit on a Fernando & James gift card or ship the item you selected in exchange.

If an item is sent back to us without being approved first for exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange or return questions.
